Honest answers
- No. Vera only acts when you CC her on a specific email. The rest of your inbox stays fully private. We don't request an OAuth scope for mail access.
- Entirely in the EU. Hosting via Railway (Frankfurt), email via Postmark (EU), AI via Anthropic with EU endpoint or Mistral (France). No US data centres.
- Vera keeps you in control. You can review all outgoing emails before sending by default, or grant Vera autonomy on routine actions. She always escalates when uncertain.
- Yes. We are the processor, you are the controller. At signup you digitally sign a data processing agreement. Every Vera email contains an AI transparency footer per the EU AI Act.
- On the Pro tier. Vera then sends and receives via e.g. vera@yourcompany.com instead of the ai-werkers subdomain.
- One click in your Vera dashboard. You then have 30 days to export your data, after which everything is deleted.
