Data Processing Agreement

When you sign up as a customer you digitally sign a data processing agreement (DPA) in which we act as processor and you as controller under the GDPR. The final text will be reviewed by Dutch legal counsel before commercial launch.

The draft is available in our repository (docs/DPA_TEMPLATE.md). On request we will send you the document for review by your own counsel.
